Mornin' Anons,

Kind of off-topic, but something really huge happened in the women's track world this weekend. Texas native and LSU FRESHMAN! Sha'carri Richardson broke the 30 year old NCAA 100 meter record with a time of 10.75.

This is also the world-leading time so far this year.

To put this into perspective…she is 9th in the world's women 100m of all-time and the 3rd fastest of all women who are currently competing…behind Shelly Anne Fraser-Price (Jamaica) and Elaine Thompson (Jamaica)…and she is only a freshman in college. She's tiny too… only 5'1" tall.

No benis. If she had benis she would be much faster. This was right on the heels of Texas HS sprinter Matt Boling running a 9.98 100 meter dash. These two are needed because the USA's fastest sprinter are either recently retired or getting old.

I thought the same thing…that would be the first discussion we would have if I was her coach. On the other hand, she left a little meat on the bone for future performances.
