Its the fact that based on the interviews Ive had, the quality of people they're attracting isn't great. The questions they were asking I wouldn't ask a junior candidate where I've worked. That bad. And the people interviewing seemed… Nice.

And for them to decide they need more women, blacks, and Muslims than people who can do the job means we lose. Straight up. Unless the place becomes obsolete, in which case why would I go there in the first place.
