Judge Nap was just on Shep show.

Maybe I misunderstood him but it sounded as if POTUS talking to World leader's about previous admin would be a felony because Biden is a Presidential candidate.

How could a president do his job if he couldn't talk to foreign leaders?

Judge Nap has to be incredibly wrong about his position on this BS. He did however parse his words, and say the info could not be given to his campaign.

Can a lawfag give some clarity about this subject please.

he said anyone giving him dirt on his opponent would be committing a felony and him listening is a felony.

That right there set me off because it takes the position that a person has control over someone else's speech. POTUS wouldn't have control over what someone says and this position makes them both committing a felony

JUST IN: Michael Flynn's new legal team is more than Sidney Powell. Several more attorneys – Jesse Binnall, Philip John Harvey & W. William Hodes – have entered notices of appearance in the EDVA case against Flynn's former business partner where Flynn is expected to testify.

REMINDER of dirty dem trick NY GOP Congressmen Chris Collins indicted a couple months before the 2018 election. The timing left the republicans no opportunity to have any other candidate run in his place by law. The crimes he was indicted for allegedly took place more than a year before and ignored until the timing crippled GOP.

Don't let the dems squawk when they get indicted during this election cycle
