Use fingerprints to end voter fraud. Have each voter put their fingerprint next to their signature when they sign in and then have them put their fingerprint on their ballot. Scan the fingerprint into a national database immediately before allowed to vote. If the fingerprint comes up with no match then they are allowed to vote. If there is one already in the system the person is attempting to commit voter fraud. Arrest them.

Same with the census, get fingerprints next to each persons name. Imagine what can be learned from doing this.
