Baker/note taker.

I can't be relied on to bake because internet our in the stix is too slow, and often goes down. However I would gather notes, as I am here often. My question is how do you bakers zero in on notables so fast. Is there a word search function somewhere I can not find? Or, do you start at the beginning of the bread and just watch posts come in from the bottom. Procedural question. I am willing to try, starting with buns. Might be able to be baker at night since it is much slower, but need to start with how to gather notes.
