@POTUS when asked a question regarding KJU's brother being a C_A agent/plant: "That would not happen under my auspices."

Why use "auspices" when the usual would be st like "under my watch" or "in my administration" or some other non-personal description?

Definition of auspices: "under the auspices of/under someone's auspices" phrase. If something is done under the auspices of a particular person or organization, or under someone's auspices, it is done with their support and approval."

So…"…it is done with their support and approval."

The Maestro does not casually use throwaway lines. I infer the meaning to be "It was done with the support and approval of [somebody]" and I also believe President Trump knows that [somebody] and has clearly directed us towards whom it was.
