A couple days ago, a smart reporter posted this fabulous video explaining his thoughts on Q's recent post on Keystone and Make It Rain.

He begins the video by saying that it's the most important video he's made so far. When I watched it, I had to agree. He found Wikileaks documents with the terms Keystone and Make It Rain that were about ubiquitous surveillance of computers. Keystone is part of Chrome, for instance.
