Not bad to have a couple ways to notable listed (just as we have different ways to bake listed).
I see yr still baking. Would normally offer relief (gyb) but have company. Will prolly be free to bake later but not for 2-3 breads. Maybe there are other bakers lurking for next few evening breads? If not, anons can do note-taking and keep a lookout for someone who can bake at the end. Baking itself goes fast.
