There has been surprisingly little coverage of this, compare to what you would expect. (I could be wrong, however I do visit vg.no and tv2.no frequently (two largest Norwegian newspapers) . One reason might be because the politician belongs to "Arbeiderpartiet" who idolizes Hillary Clinton. Hillary recently visited this party actually.
I distinctly remember the first news report saying, firefighter, teacher, local politician.. and a few more professions. In retrospect I find that bit weird, almost as if the title tried to soften the fact that there were politicians involved.
I do believe Norwegian police are focusing on these types of crimes btw, lately there have been a couple cases were guys exploit as many as 100 children online, in some cases eventually rape after meetup.
Norway also had this very high level politician busted for grooming and rape of a underage girl. He was friends with Stoltenberg. Our previous prime minister (now head of Nato)
Stoltenberg completely ignored him after case broke, something pedo said made him upset. Pedo is still claiming he is 100% innocent, but the evidence is VERY overwhelming. (explicit chatlogs from government computer, gave her credit card, took her on trips)
The pedo was frequently dinner guest and even brought the victim to the prime ministers house!!
