Can't remember where I saw it, but a program that can tell fake from real is going to be released to the public sometime. Every manipulation leaves a "digital fingerprint" in the metadata and/or elsewhere. Q has no doubt seen this coming and has the fix. It may seem they've let the swine stay free but Q is just giving the swine/DS plenty of slack so when they run out the noose is that much tighter.
