It is solar geoengineering that appears to be the most problematic and not so much carbon capture because solar geoengineering would involve spraying chemicals into the air that would block some sunlight.

When speaking on the sun blocking topic, geoengineering researcher Juan Moreno-Cruz told Business Insider: “The threat of war never is out of the question.”

If geoengineering is going to happen then all countries would have to be informed and agree because some areas may be more negatively effected than others.

Andrea Flossmann, a scientist at the World Meteorological Organization, explained in a WMO report: “The atmosphere has no walls. What you add may not have the desired effect in your vicinity, but by being transported along might have undesired effects elsewhere.”

Morgan Stanley’s Business Conditions Index Just Suffered The Biggest One Month Decline In History

We continue to get more indications that U.S. economic conditions are going to deteriorate rapidly during the second half of this year. Yesterday, I reported on a brand new survey which found that 69 percent of U.S. CFOs believe that a recession is coming “by the end of 2020”, and today we learned that Morgan Stanley’s Business Conditions Index has fallen dramatically. In fact, according to CNBC the sudden drop in the index was “the largest one-month decline on record”…

A reading of the economy from Morgan Stanley is signaling “June gloom.”

Morgan Stanley’s Business Conditions Index, which captures turning points in the economy, fell by 32 points in June, to a level of 13 from a level of 45 in May. This drop is the largest one-month decline on record and the lowest level since December 2008 during the financial crisis, according to the firm.

At this point, I really don’t see how anyone can possibly claim that the U.S. economy is doing well. We also just learned that U.S. unemployment claims have now risen for three weeks in a row, and the trade war is clearly beginning to take an immense toll on the economy.

House Armed Services Committee Approves $733B Defense Spending Bill

The House Armed Services Committee has approved a $733 billion dollar defense spending bill. During a heated 21-hour markup session, which ended Thursday morning, the committee voted mostly along party lines to move the bill to a floor vote.

The legislation makes changes to U.S. nuclear missile policy, sets limitations on the use of the Guantanamo Bay detention center, and does provide a 3.1-percent pay raise for troops. The bill also provides for the creation of the U.S. Space Corps, which is a slimmed down version of President Trump’s Space Force idea as a division of the Air Force.

Perhaps the most divisive issues in the proposed legislation are the provisions which would prevent any defense department funds, including funding for drug enforcement, from being used on the border wall. It also prohibits Pentagon funds from being used to house children separated from their parents.

Police To Use Automatic Facial Recognition Sunglasses To Watchlist People

Sometimes I have trouble coming up with a title for one of my articles, but this one came easy because the two companies involved in this article helped create it.

A New York based company called Vuzix along with a UAE software company called NNTC, worked together to produce the world's first automatic facial recognition sunglasses for law enforcement.

Not only did they create the world's first automatic facial recognition sunglasses but they purposely made them to resemble Oakley sunglasses. Which makes it harder for people to tell if they are being spied on.

The above video warns that police will have access to a database of at least one million faces.

According to NNTC, they created the iFalcon Face Control Mobile sunglasses specifically for law enforcement.

"The bodycam or smart glasses screen the crowd to match faces against a database of violators, missing people or suspects.
