It seemed w/ the departure of McCain that the tribunals have probably begun.

I think now that Biden seems to be MIA, it's likely the tribunals have DEFINITELY begun.

Are there any others that have been swapped? Perhaps people who have resigned or declined to run for reelection? Anyone who is uncharacteristically hiding from the spotlight? RBG seems like another good option for someone who's been swapped.
