A judge heard closing arguments Friday in the "House of Horrors" infant murder trial.
Erika Murray, 35, faces one murder and several other charges in connection with the discovery of three babies' bodies in the trash-strewn and vermin-infested Blackstone home in 2014.
Earlier this week, the judge dismissed one of the two murder charges Murray faced in connection with the discovery of three dead babies in her squalid home.
The judge, in agreeing with a defense motion, said Tuesday in the midst of the trial that there was "no evidence here that that baby was alive, and therefore it could not have been a victim of a homicide."
