Its not bootleg liquor. They were putting poison in liquor so the “rich Americans” would get sick and need treatment at the hospital, which in turn the hospital administtration would ask for cash in advance for treatment. The feds should look into which tourists paid for treatment at hospitals to get better. The deaths are a result of putting too much poison in the drink.
