In the restaurant business FOH means "front of house". This refers to people who serve the food as opposed to those who cook it (back of house or BOH)
Praying for Illinois (illinoying as I call it) is a good idea. The path of both major US eclipses (2017 and 2024) intersect approximately over Cairo, Il in a region knowy, I believe, as Little Egypt.

Not a friendly place, imo. Net migration is out and they are facing enormous pension deficits.
