Just another thought on Norway to consider. We had the Norway Spiral Light back in 2009. Oddly enough Russia was blamed for it, or they took the blame for it. It was a missile shot from a "Sub" in the "White Sea" that failed in stage 3.

Now we have this going on:

Large NATO Naval Exercise BALTOPS 2019 Kicks Off in the Baltic Sea

Around 8,600 U.S. and European troops from 18 nations are taking part in the annual BALTOPS naval exercise that started on Sunday (9 June) in Germany’s Baltic Sea port of Kiel.

UTOh NATO

The 47th BALTOPS exercise involves maritime, air and ground forces with about 50 ships and submarines and 40 aircraft and will run through 21 June. The training includes finding and destroying sea mines and submarines, the use of air defense and landing troops onshore as well as defense against attack from enemy navy vessels.

BALTOPS is the largest exercise series in the Baltic Sea. Participating troops come from Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Note: Russia used to participate in the exercise but has not been invited since its illegal annexation of Crimea in 2014 and its continuing destabilizing of eastern Ukraine.

I know its probably a reach, but these days we have to kick over all the rocks just to guard our 6. That is a LOT of Naval Power from a Lot of countries, (NATO) all in one place at the moment and we did just have what we assume to be a FF attack from a sub yesterday.
