There was a thread on voat QRV about a guy who worked at Accenture in Canada. He claimed that Godwin Tchegnon came in and bragged about being British intelligence. He also claimed that a woman named Jennifer Bowen or some such mysteriously disappeared.

The thread's original post and all the OP's comments were deleted at 10:17 AM eastern time which, I think, would be right before voat went back online. So maybe this is the reason for the outage and the OP was onto something?
