Yeah I'd like to see something like this done as well. Or even to the descendants of most recent legit holder if "current occupant" is an illegal citizen or otherwise benefited from taking more from the system via welfare then they put in. A lot of current occupants are there bc of the forced wealth transfer of HUD.
from a founding family of a Ca town, we built roads, homes, businesses, parks, galleries… grandfather even literally designed and constructed his own home with his own hands. i personally gave years of my life in service to our community, all of it lost in the combined illegal invasion & mortgage "crisis." if my only reward for fighting through it is to see them held accountable, justice meted, i'll take it. but it would be nice to see some of the stolen wealth returned to the rightful holders.
