Find yourself not being PC? Zillow will fuk with your listing.

Have had my farm for sale for over 2 years now and routinely have to ask reltor to change the settings back- keeps getting changed to a rental property.

NOT a mistake- who TF rents 200 acres with dwellings on it?

Have realtor. Is listed on MLS. Problem is everyone is trained to use Zillow for their search and then they find a realtor. So if your MLS Zillow listing is fuked with, your buyers aren't able to see it on a search which hurts your exposure.

Agents rely on Zillow moar than an MLS search, believe it or not.

The RE structure is comped as long as PC Zillow is in charge (can you say monopoly?).

Simple sourcing your voting record will do it.

Can attest that my listing is continually fukd with and changed to a rental. Realtor knows too cuz he has to change it back all the time.

Right! Likely has everything to do with the RE market and it's valuations (dropping prices)- cuz ZILLOW can't accurately assess value. (anon's farm is valued below the purchase price of over a decade ago- see what they did there? Time is supposed to add value to one's most important and valuable investments- their homes)

Which brings it all back to those damn taxes.

This land was once given to those that served in the army- the govt's payment to those that served and to get expansion to the west. When property is deeded, it passes the same way it was deeded to the original owner; with all rights intact. So when the land was tax-free to those that it was 'gifted' to, it then must be passed down thru the deed the same way it was originally conveyed = no property tax.

That needs fixin too.

 

Don't wanna sell but too much and kids all moved on. Rural peeps don't work anymoar- they grift on disability which means there is no help to be hired. Sucks.
