suspending the bill only means sneakily passing it when no one is watching

i'm gonna spoil the "ending"

we are all one, we go to "heaven" and have real fun for "eternity" then we get bored and "someone" (our stupid part) tricks us into trying life again, because that was soooo fun and it's something different and then life restarts ad infinitum
