The 3 colours of the stack changed between [NYE 01-JAN-2015 / 01-JAN-2016].

The TATT was un-moored during the [first week of January 2015] and then towed to HULL for a refit. She returned and was re-moored and [reopened for 15-MAY-2015] and so was in position, again, with her new colours, for the next NYE (31-DEC-2015 / 01-JAN-2016).

The significance is that this is one of the items in the surroundings that Q drew our attention toward so as to provide a guide for timeline.
