Part 1 of 2: CONGO MIGRANTS EBOLA DIG

Portland, Maine Lucky Recipients of Hundreds (probably eventually thousands) of High Risk Congolese Illegal Immigrants

Maine has already had an Ebola scare in 2014. All of it prompted by an aid worker traveling to the region and coming back with some similar symptoms.

Sauce: https://bangordailynews.com/2014/10/14/health/maine-cdc-patient-under-observation-in-portland-tests-negative-for-ebola/

Maine has an Ebola response plan??

Sauce: https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/mecdc/infectious-disease/epi/zoonotic/ebola/documents/Maine-Ebola-Response-Plan.pdf

Maine is pretty serious about Ebola: https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/mecdc/infectious-disease/epi/zoonotic/ebola/

Is this the real reason illegal DRC immigrants are sent to Maine?

Now we have 500+ Congolese here or on their way with rumors of 1,200 more at the border.

Given reports of a trial vaccine for Ebola, this is starting to smell like A LOT OF MONEY might be factoring into decisions here…

Especially since Maine just ended non-medical vaccine exemptions for all children.

Where I thought this gets interesting…

The Press Herald is a well-known shit-bucket in the state.

They are comped as far as the eye can see.

NOT EVEN ONE FULL WEEK BEFORE MAINE GETS HUNDREDS OF CONGOLESE ILLEGALS

The PORTLAND PRESS HERALD are talking about how bad the outbreak is and touting…

> an experimental but effective Ebola vaccine

6/10/19 Portland Mayor and/or City Council have already accepted these high risk illegal immigrants - https://www.tpr.org/post/san-antonio-temporary-home-central-african-migrants

Then the city 'leaders' come out and say any talk of Ebola among the illegal immigrants sent to Portland is misinformation and we have nothing to worry about!

Sauce: https://www.wmtw.com/article/portland-leaders-dispel-misinformation-regarding-asylum-seekers/28008344

They refer to the information spoken about in this artcile: https://heavy.com/news/2019/06/san-antonio-congo-congolese-ebola-false-debunked/

>Bridger said she spoke to a CDC employee who was deployed to the border and has been conducting screenings. “They have gone through more health screenings in the last six months than most of us will probably go through in our lifetime,” she said. “But regardless of all of that is the fact that it’s a 21-day incubation period. So it’s really not possible that if they were exposed to Ebola in the DRC, that now six months later they could develop symptoms and infect us. That’s another important nuance about Ebola, you are not contagious until you are symptomatic.”

Doesn't actually say whether we are screening for Ebola. Just that we are giving them health screenings. Also relies on an absurd idea that every one of these Congolese illegal immigrants spent 6 months south of our border before crossing. And everyone is using the 6 month line like its a 4am talking point. 'They can't possibly have Ebola because, 6 months!'. However, as cited in the Ingraham Angle video below, we don't actually have any idea where they were, how long they were there, who gave them money to do this, who told them to come here, who told them to request Portland Maine.

Where are they being put up in Portland the Portland Expo Center:

https://www.pressherald.com/2019/06/11/portland-receives-67-asylum-seekers-in-2-days-from-southern-border/

Which is only for 67 'asylum seekers'?

Part 2 of 2: CONGO MIGRANTS EBOLA DIG

What the CDC thinks about Ebola in the Congo right now:

> Alert - Level 2, Pratice Enhanced Precautions

https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/alert/ebola-democratic-republic-of-the-congo

That is Alert Level 2 Of 3. Given the posturing from the City of Portland 'leadership', I am not observing anyone Practicing "Enhanced Precautions"

If you're an organization sending any workers to areas like the DRC you should read these documents and be familiar with the risks… according to the CDC…

>The audiences for this document are:

> Organizations such as nongovernmental, faith-based, academic, or aid organizations that send US-based workers (employees, contractors, or volunteers) to areas where Ebola outbreaks are occurring.

> Organizations whose non-US-based workers, such as locally employed personnel or US expatriates working in the outbreak area, intend to travel to the United States.

https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/page/recs-organizations-sending-workers-ebola

If you're going to relay these concerns to people who travel to these locations, shouldn't you also make a serious effort to relay these concerns to a population to which you've now added hundreds people coming from that area with a high risk of infection?

I don't see anyone locally relaying these concerns to Portland Maine's clergy, store front owners, people walking the streets our own MASSIVE homeless population. Most people don't know it but Portland, Maine is an international vacation destination. We have cruise ships come into our port nearly year-round. In the summer the state sees a big influx of French Canadians, though they don't usually frequent Portland they are here. Not to mention the state is referred to as Vacation Land and we rely heavily on auto repair/sales and hospitality. This makes us a high traffic, out of the way (read: out of the public eye), vector for spreading disease world wide.

These illegal immigrants aren't friendly and get aggressive when you ask how they came to the southern border and who funded them.

Sauce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJlOmMj21uM

Remind me again how this isn't an invasion.

I want a lawfag to weigh in…

Knowing that Maine has some of the lowest vaccination rates, already, shouldn't they have pointed to this as a reason for not accepting these illegal immigrants.

The Mayor's own city's Paper states this: https://www.pressherald.com/2019/04/05/vaccine-coverage-worsens-among-maine-schoolchildren-making-state-vulnerable-to-measles-pertussis-and-other-infectious-diseases/

A previously cited source also states

> Maine has one of the worst vaccination rates for children entering kindergarten in the nation, and the country’s highest rate of pertussis, a vaccine-preventable disease also known as whooping cough.

Sauce: https://www.pressherald.com/2019/05/14/maine-senate-reverses-course-ends-religious-exemption-for-vaccines/

But the Mayor is welcoming these people with open-ended plans many of which have very young children, does this pose a significant enough risk to public health? Personally I think the possibility of Ebola alone would do it but I am not a lawfag so my question is…

Can charges of Criminal Neglegence be brought against the Mayor and City Council Members involved?

https://definitions.uslegal.com/c/criminal-negligence/

Maine state criminal code if it helps: https://legislature.maine.gov/statutes/17-A/title17-Ach2.pdf

If it can be proven that he knew about the Ebola outbreak in the congo, and that bringing hundres of illegal immigrants who likely have conditions that could inflame the infectious disease problem they themselves are so worried about. This seems like they're intentionally inviting trouble. Most particularly the Press Herald as cited above, on Jun 4th was talking about Ebola and "an effective vaccine".
