The crane moved. The equipment dropped onto the bridge and caused collapse. He also says there's a traffic light at the bridge. it was red and cars were stopped at light.

This guy is NOT Jose Mejia. this guy said he doesn't know what happened. He said he got a call from his friend's sister about a bridge collapsing and came to the scene. He was excited and looked like he was trying to call someone. JOSE MEJIA was the guy who called in to Fox and saw the whole thing. 2 diffrnt people
