I'm looking for a clip of that statement Doug Collins made in congress recently where he says something to the effect of: "Democrats should apologize and get back to legislating"

I can't remember what hearing that was or whether it was an opening statement or just part of his 5 mins.

I've looked all over and can't seem to find it. Can Anons help me find it?
