Yup. The map provided by Musk isn't that detailed but at the very least one of the explosions happened somewhere between 4 - 6 blocks from the proposed tunnel route.

the Musk tunnel isn't that good. There's alot of other interesting things in that couple block radius though, the tunnel might have been an effort to consolidate everything going there.
