I never have questioned baker before so I simply asking?
DEMs can win popular vote in the six noted states but other states should always be questioned. Now city by city, county by county they have places in red states that are blue – like Austin or Memphis.
States that historically go red have less incentive for people to get out an vote, likewise in cities and counties. BUT almost ANY place can FLIP if the CITIZENS would simply VOTE even if they feel small in an always DEM city or state. So FEW citizens actually VOTE!!!!
In the DEM states they always have over population voting because dead people and multiple individual, and illegal non-citizens are being counted into the popular vote count (no id or states with anyone can get id create way to high fraud.
This is why the population numbers always have Dems over REPs.
