Once Supreme Court decides that birthright citizenship isn't solely due to being born on USA soil but also being born here with both parents (or the mother) being here legally then can this ruling be applied retroactively to "nuke" the "anchor babies?

Also my wife had a really good point the other day that I even didn't consider.

Maybe the USA should move away from allowing any new immigrants from becoming citizens and put restrictions down on how one becomes an American.

There too many new immigrants flooding into the USA and they don't have the same strong drive to blend and fit in with the American culture and dream along with other issues.

With Globalism, information technology and global communication as well as ease of travel it is also easier for newer immigrants to maintain ties with their homeland and home cultures and never really acculturate into the American culture.
