Today some of you have reached a new low.
You celebrate the death of a 95 year old woman who has never been found to be guilty of anything.
You ever so judgementally jump to the conclusion that she was some kind of pedo queen.
Fact is, you jump to that conclusion based upon her art.
Let me offer this point of view. As a child she was transferred back and forth between her mother and grandmother. Her father died when she was very young. Her mother was a party animal who loved her child, but had no clue how to be a parent.
Her grandmother took steps to gain custody of her. It was a bitter fight.
Even though Gloria was from a wealthy family, she was treated like an object by many of those around her.
Did it ever occur to any of you that many of her art pieces are actually a commentary on her own life as a child?
