Those I have seen are 100% harvestable and usable (that's a high percentage!) The memefarmer does harvest memes from the general breads, through the day and evening every day, but misses a lot. Especially when they are making memes themself. They do not want to miss harvesting your memes and making them available to all who look to the memearchives for their memeammo. Yes, it gets so we recognize one another's work by our style(s) and themes. Shadilay! This was one of my very first ones. Now, I no longer mention authorship when one of mine pops up. Just glad to see it circulating and serving its intended purpose. (But inside, yes it can be exciting to see one's work receive appreciation.)
