Im not sure what exactly is going on but I have something that might be worth looking into. It seems that for some reason trying to post the following text: 15566 schöneiche b. berlin , schöneicher straße 27 gets you instantly banned from 4chan for 2 weeks.

It looks like its just a house address but why would a random house address be instantly banned? It would have had to be specifically entered to a list of text that is to be instantly banned.

Could this be something?

Morocco is one of the US's oldest allies. And, Morocco holds the title of holding "the longest unbroken friendship treaty with America". So why don't we hear about us government officials travelling to Morocco to sign laws ceremoniously?
