Legal anon here. If what you are saying is absolutely true and provable as you say, 8Chan may be about to rock the entire and ongoing DS Social Media crime spree against the entire Anon Digital Army, as well as other users of the Internet.
Based on what you are saying, this appears to be nothing short of Felony Obstruction of Justice - Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence in a Federal investigation:
"Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

Even more mind-blowing is that EVERY regular anon with an identifiable IP address could POSSIBLY be a PLAINTIFF under such a hypothetical situation where a federal agent attempts to plant subject illegal material onto a social media site which you regularly frequent. Possible Entrapment as well. I'm in the deep end of the pool here anons but after I read this post for the third time, my almonds were Tesla-level tingled. Please, would some other legal anon take a look at this and give us your take.
