Every Generation has decried this younger generation…
But we are witnessing the TV/internet generation.
They have seen other countries on youtube etc, advocate "FREE" education etc, but they never grasp those places have in general a 50% + tax rate. The average income bring home is 1/2 that of the USA.
Then wit hthe advent of instant gratification reality TV shows. No one works 40 hours a week on TV, many are from broken homes, no father, or no mother, maybe on welfare, or private welfare aka Child Support, they have become spoiled and lazy.
As a TruckerAnon I really started to notice it 7 or 8 years ago working local, all summer, never seen kids outside playing.
Was delivering construction goods, so was constantly going through neighborhoods. Poor, to wealthy there was no kids outside at all. None on bikes going from here or there.
So they're addicted to the entertainment of Tv/Internet and they have no idea the value of work. What is time worth, everything is suposed to be easy and free.
My middle son is 18 and just finished school early today.
Guess who is filling out an application tomorrow.
He will not be lunging around the house eating my food and not in school.
