USAID is a big Clinton Foundation donor.
The other thing that's sketchy about all the "our countries are so corrupt and even more stupid than we are corrupt" about South America is that THAT is where Bubba Clinton has (had?) all those fraud Laureate Universities.
The Clintons were generous with their frauds, and spread them out worldwide, so everybody could get in on the tax avoidance scams and money laundering.

This. Hannity is the voice of the plan to restore justice and preserve America to millions of people who love Trump and VOTE, but they never heard of Q in their lives.
I don't care if those people aren't very bright.
