Any search wizards out there?

I can't find an article and its driving me nuts, I believe it can be of significant value, which is probably why I cant find it again :(

The story was published at vg.no (Norwegian newspaper)

(tiny chance it was tv2.no, nettavisen.no, dagbladet.no or Aftenposten.no)

Story was around donations made to Clinton Foundation.

A politician (don't remember the party) when asked about why funds were given and if there are any political benefits of doing so, said: "it's just how things are done over there" etc, acknowledging (by mistake) that they knew they were paying for access and priority by donating to Hillary.

I believe Hillary was secretary of state during this interview.

There was a large image of the politician answering the question from this reporter in the article. Male, not that old, perhaps 30-50y.

In Norwegian the sentence I remember was almost exactly "Det er bare sånn man gjør det over der" (Maybe "over" can be swapped with "borti")
