Leopold Stowkowski. He was a big time conductor from the 30’s through the 50’s or so. He was the conductor of the NBC Symphony during their radio heyday and also led the arrangements for Disney’s Fantasia. Long ball hitter from way back.
The bio says he married her when he was 63 and fathered 2 sons in 1950 and 1952. Definitely a long ball hitter.
