The eyeshadows harsh, irregular lines are not normal at all. Symbolism.
The makeup, over-all is symbolic. Notice the odd highlighting around hairline and other area's of face. Brows unnatural shape and eyeshadow has very harsh and irregular lines. Not meant to be attractive. She looks like a witch.
