No. It's as important as anything else, if not the most important thing. The viability of the United States of America depends on whether it is a country of laws or a country of men. It was founded on the idea they there is no "royal" class of people who can get away with whatever they please. HRC almost certainly has gotten away with murder and worse, and continues to be immune to the law. Without our Constitution and laws we have nothing.
