COP21 appears to have been a climate change conference in Paris in 2015. I searched youtube for "COP21 grand palais" and got tons of interesting hits, lots dealing with protests outside. The video I linked has three fags talking about green building renovation scams they are planning with federal and local governments. Made me think of the green new deal, which is probably a rehash of the commitments the US was making prior to Trump getting elected. We really dodged a bullet in 2016.
