More likely there is a stimulant she needs that has been denied, for some reason or another.
We tend to believe that these people (Merkel, May, Macron, etc) are all willingly aboard the cabal train. And I certainly believe that to be the case, myself. However, there is also the possibility - not necessarily exclusive of the above belief, that these people are also being controlled.
If there is an effective treatment for, say, Parkinson's Disease that has only temporary effects, then someone with Parkinsons would be rather beholden to that supply. That doesn't exactly look like Parkinson's - but it doesn't really look like any other sort of convulsions, either.
Plants may need water, but it's not dehydration causing that.
It could be a withdrawl symptom - for some seriously hard shit if she's doing full-on convulsions.
Could be kuru… But sudden onset implies a treatment that has been denied. Also implies a hell of a lot of cannibalism… And while the elites are fucked up - the ones into weird rituals are probably not our public figures.
If it is fear, I would say it is fear of a future public address she must make that is making her nervous in public. We'll see if the trend holds.
