How true it is. I needed some credits in education to be a clinical dietitian. I was shocked by my experiences in one of the classes. The students were just as described in your post. In addition the standards for the class were laughably low. When a significant number of students could not complete an assigment (it just involved a bit of extra work and diligence) they simply lowered/eliminated requirements. "Teacning certificates" and such are just a way of keeping real knowledge and critical thinkers out of the classroom. Of course, with all the "gay rights" nonsense they are also giving pedophiles access to children.

I do see your point. However, civil liability for vaccine injury was only (wrongly) removed in 1986 and could be restored. The FDA does not require testing on vaccines as other pharmaceutical drugs, they get approved much more easily. So..I think there is room to demand double-blind placebo control testing of vaccines plus restoration of civil liability. Whether or not the FDA is ever reformed, ended or left as it is, Americans are being denied their constitutional rights when compelled to take pharmaceutical products for school attendance, work or military service.

The cures, btw, are not FDA approved and don't need to be. They are not patentable. So what if the FDA can tell you you can't label your tart cherry juice as "anti-cancer". I already know that it is and choose to buy it when I want it. As a private individual I can share my list of "health foods" and let other observe my health. If I stay healthy without doctors and "health care" people can choose to buy the same foods I do.

I'm not really disagreeing with you about the FDA's true purpose, I just choose to find other ways around it. I also did not know you can't sue over an FDA approved drug. Are you sure? What about Vioxx?
