I think it was so deep state actors could get live virus to play with. So they have some live virus , now they need a cover to release it into the public. Thats where the Congo aliens come in. Remember when the measles bullshit began? It started in a rural area in Oregon and has moved all over the nation, in order to push muh vaccines. But measles isn't scary enough to make people on the fence about vaccines get the vaccine. But if they introduce a deadly bug, people will be fighting to get it.
