Most people should be over the "oops, I meant 2019" phase by now as we are mid year with 6 months of practice behind us.
It was posted in the correct bread # with the correct day and month, just with the wrong year.
Have not drawn any conclusions and, quite frankly, don;t know what to make of it.
So why does it say Capt. John A. Fischer is commanding officer?
Wiki lists current commander as

Is it just coincidental that the 2nd most important British Naval commander, behind Nelson, was called John Arbutnot Fisher?
