i've read that if you do heavy sweating for at least 2 days at the beginning you will sweat out most of the nicotine in your system thus making it less of a withdrawl. if you like to smoke with a drink….don't drink. if you need a smoke with coffee, don't drink coffee. make new habits.

 

regarding sugar, you need to eliminate carbs as well, eating only carbs from veggies mostly. just go as low as you can. if you leat protein with every meal and fats from butter, lard and tallow, it will keep you full longer and you will have less cravings. other than that, do your own research and just suffer thru it until it is a lifestyle change
