I live 3 miles outside of a military base, see the exercises and the vehicles and the soldiers everyday, its a reminder that we have the greatest military in the world and I feel safe being so close…:)

The key to this is that it remained in her center core, the torso and emanated from the center out. (also educated in anatomy and physical functions as you)..
