im just kind of curious about the whole appeal process…. come to fucking think about it… maybe thats why there has been a large focus on federal judges
but here is the question… if you get prosecuted at the state level (before or after the federal level) can the federal courts still overturn the conviction… essentially cutting a lot of the balls off state power when it come to prosecution
LEGALFAGS: your thoughts?
it would work in the reverse as well wont it… feds say one punishment and the state is like fuck that give them more… right?
the more we discuss the supreme court ruling… the more i see we definitely need a lawfag… the implications are just too fucking far reaching
gotta love these shills… i can literally drive less than an hour to see the new wall
yea you keep going with that lies… gps coords… nice touch… too bad for you you will fail
i caught that… but it still doesnt explain the extent at which the ruling can be applied… thats what has be curious
