Pence emphasized 503 when saying 503 days to the election. Two anons here had ears perk up at the way it was said. So we looked at Q post 503 as a possible pointer.

The text of Q 503 isn't obviously relevant, but if read as about the policy change allowing Q shirts in the audience (reported earlier today, not sure if this has held up into the rally):
