NASA should build Space Elevator (Space Cable)

Only has to be 250 miles long and can remain suspended by being attached to an orbiting gyroscopic satellite

The satellite would extend a cable or two out 25 miles perpendicular to the cable that goes to the earth and would rotate with counterweights. Angular momentum would keep the cable suspended from earth to space.
