Cloward-Piven was a couple from the 60's (who ended up getting married) & their basic premise was that any system has a breaking point. That's over-simplified, but it's a commonly used & seen phrase. Prof. Darrell Hamamoto is pretty interesting! He taught (or still teaches~ I can't seem to find it) Asian-American Studies at UC Davis, a VERY liberal university (although, they all are in CA). He was an outspoken critic of open borders, illegal immigration, free DACA college tuition, to name a few of Obama's policies. Hope you like my poster.
