Not the current baker but can answer.

Flood detected only appears when you try to post an identical post just after posting the first.

Baker must have made his new bread, it hung so he made another, hence triggering the flood detected post (identical first part of the dough being posted). There are 2 breads, and from this we know this happened.

The original bread was posted and if he’d gone to the catalog and refreshed it, it would have been there and he could have finished baking.

This happens 99% of the time and is a pain of a glitch.

Again, refreshing the catalog, not the page.
