Yes. Yes I do. I think certain players in other governments (namely the US and specifically the Clintons) benefitted greatly, but ultimately it was the communist elite (gov officials and certain titans of industry) who ultimately gained the most. Such is the way of communist regimes: control the wealth…control the populace by any means necessary.
